Research shows that recognizing what’s *out* of our control can help us let go of some unnecessary stress, which boosts our daily mindset. ?

This week, make an OOC list. Acknowledge what you can control (ex. your boundaries, morning playlist) and what’s OOC (ex. that co-worker’s attitude, train delays). Knowing what you can and can’t control = power ?
